Responsibilities

- Advise leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance matters
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives in a corporate environment
