Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting departmental growth and employee engagement
- Lead talent acquisition lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for critical roles
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, performance management, and change initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics to inform compensation benchmarking and retention strategies
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and company policies
- Drive DEI initiatives through training programs and inclusive practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in HRBP or similar role
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HRIS systems
- Proven success implementing HR initiatives in tech or SaaS environments
- Advanced data literacy with experience in HR analytics and reporting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
