Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
- Design and implement performance management systems and development programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational change initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and company policies
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employment law
- Proven success in driving HR initiatives in tech or professional services
- Advanced analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with DEI program implementation and metrics
