Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives across 200+ employees
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and interview processes
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Manage employee relations cases, conflict resolution, and organizational development projects
- Oversee compensation analysis, benefits administration, and HR compliance (FLSA, EEO, ACA)
- Utilize Workday HRIS for data-driven decision making and reporting
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience scaling HR programs during high-growth phases
- Expertise in employment law compliance and risk management
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Experience in tech or SaaS industry highly valued
