Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals and growth trajectory
- Lead talent acquisition strategies for technical and leadership roles, ensuring diverse candidate pipelines
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development frameworks
- Champion DEI initiatives through policy development, training programs, and inclusive leadership coaching
- Manage complex employee relations matters with empathy and strategic resolution
- Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, forecast talent needs, and measure program effectiveness
- Oversee compliance with federal/state regulations and internal HR policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role within tech industry
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and HRIS systems (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Proven track record of developing scalable HR programs for high-growth environments
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong business acumen with ability to align HR initiatives with financial objectives
- Champion of DEI with demonstrated experience implementing successful inclusion programs
