Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for 200+ employees
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Advise leadership on organizational development, performance management, and employee relations
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration ensuring market competitiveness
- Implement HRIS systems and analytics to optimize workforce planning
- Champion DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent management systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience scaling HR processes in high-growth tech environments
