Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and interview processes
- Design and implement performance management systems and development programs
- Manage employee relations matters, mediating conflicts and fostering inclusive workplace practices
- Analyze HR metrics to inform compensation structures and organizational development plans
- Oversee compliance with federal/state labor laws and internal HR policies
- Partner with leadership on organizational design and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Advanced data analytics skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Experience in tech or fast-paced startup environment
- Deep knowledge of federal/state employment regulations and EEO guidelines
