Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals, including talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
- Advise leadership on organizational design, change management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Lead compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improve workforce productivity
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance across all departments
- Oversee learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in labor law, compliance (FLSA, EEOC), and HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to inform strategy
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of leading successful organizational change initiatives
