Responsibilities
- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding and recruitment funnel optimization
- Design and implement performance management systems and L&D programs
- Advise leadership on employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions on retention and engagement
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and benefits program administration
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in a business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and workforce analytics
- Experience scaling HR processes for high-growth environments
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Strong strategic acumen with C-level stakeholder management
