Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and recruitment process optimization
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across organizational functions
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee compensation reviews, benefits administration, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Implement HR technology solutions and data analytics to inform decision-making
- Facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partnership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS implementation
- Advanced data literacy with experience using HR analytics platforms
- Strong strategic thinking and change management skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations preferred
