Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for key technical and leadership roles
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development frameworks
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Advise leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions and optimize workforce effectiveness
- Oversee training programs and leadership development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- Proven expertise in scaling HR systems and processes for high-growth environments
- Deep knowledge of California employment laws and federal compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Experience implementing compensation structures and total rewards programs
