Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives, including talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development programs
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations, mediations, and conflict resolution while maintaining compliance with federal/state labor laws
  • Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven interventions for performance optimization
  • Oversee compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and total rewards programs to ensure competitive positioning
  • Partner with department heads to build high-performing teams through targeted coaching and succession planning
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through training, policy development, and cultural assessment
  • Manage HR technology implementation and optimization including HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred)
  • 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role within tech/fast-growth environment
  • Expert knowledge of federal/state employment laws (FLSA, FLSA, EEOC, ADA) and compliance frameworks
  • Proven success designing and implementing talent development programs including leadership pipelines
  • Advanced proficiency in HR analytics, compensation benchmarking, and workforce planning methodologies
  • Experience managing HR technology implementations and data-driven HR decision making
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
