Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated HR strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned departments
- Lead organizational design initiatives, role restructuring, and change management programs
- Drive talent acquisition strategies including recruitment planning, employer branding, and candidate experience optimization
- Champion diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives through data-driven analytics and program implementation
- Design and deliver leadership development programs and succession planning frameworks
- Analyze workforce metrics to inform compensation strategy, performance management systems, and engagement initiatives
- Manage employee relations matters with proactive conflict resolution and mediation expertise
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in HR business partner role
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or relevant HR certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience in tech or high-growth environments with matrixed organizations
- Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional strategic planning and change management capabilities
- Demonstrable success in developing inclusive workplace cultures
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR initiatives into ROI metrics
