Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a business partner role
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Proven experience in tech or high-growth industry environments
- Expertise in employment law compliance and risk management
- Advanced analytical skills with HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
