Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business growth and organizational change
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
- Advise leadership on employee relations, compensation structures, and compliance matters
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and learning & development frameworks
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making and process improvements
- Manage employee relations investigations and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and market analysis for key roles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic business partner role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated success implementing HR initiatives in fast-paced environments
