Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives in talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
- Lead organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and change management programs
- Drive employee engagement through performance management, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms
- Advise leadership on labor law compliance, risk mitigation, and employee relations matters
- Implement and optimize HRIS systems (Workday preferred) for data-driven decision making
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and equity
- Lead diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across assigned business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate HR metrics into business insights
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations investigations and resolutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization (Workday preferred)
