Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting departmental business goals and organizational growth
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management processes
- Analyze HR metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership teams
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits optimization, and compliance programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- Proven expertise in tech industry HR practices and talent development
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of CA labor laws and federal HR regulations
- Experience scaling HR programs in high-growth environments
