Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, including talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
- Partner with department heads to diagnose organizational challenges and implement data-driven HR solutions
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
- Drive change management initiatives during organizational transformations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in California labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing successful talent management programs
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Experience in tech or fast-paced industry environment preferred
