Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and company values
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and career development programs for key departments
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across organizational functions
- Implement compensation structures and benefit programs that attract top-tier talent
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Partner with leadership to shape organizational culture and employee engagement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification required
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Advanced knowledge of employment law, compensation structures, and HRIS platforms
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools (Workday, BambooHR preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
