- Manage complex employee relations cases and conflict resolution

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in a strategic business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven success in tech or high-growth industry environments
- Expertise in talent management systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
