Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for 200+ employees
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement programs
- Advise leadership on organizational design, change management, and compliance matters
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Manage employee relations investigations and resolve complex workplace issues
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and benefits administration
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in labor law, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Proven success leading organizational change initiatives
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
