- Oversee compensation benchmarking and equity program administration for 50+ technical roles
- Drive DEI initiatives resulting in 30% underrepresented talent pipeline growth
- Manage employee relations escalations with 95% resolution rate within 48 hours
- Analyze HR metrics to inform predictive talent analytics dashboards
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partnership role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven success scaling HR programs for 500+ employee organizations
- Expertise in compensation benchmarking and total rewards strategy
- Advanced proficiency in Workday and Greenhouse platforms
- Experience with international labor law compliance across 5+ jurisdictions
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and Tableau capabilities
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology preferred
