Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives across 3+ departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates
- Design and implement performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Drive employee engagement through culture programs, recognition systems, and feedback mechanisms
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations while mitigating legal risks
- Analyze HR metrics to inform organizational development initiatives and succession planning
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, change management, and compensation structures
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven success implementing talent acquisition strategies in competitive tech markets
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in HRIS (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Deep expertise in California labor law and EEOC compliance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities at executive level
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling HR operations during rapid company growth phases
