Responsibilities
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for critical technical and leadership roles
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems
- Develop compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks and equity principles
- Oversee compliance with federal/state labor laws and EEO regulations
- Facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics to inform organizational development strategies
- Manage employee relations investigations and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in a business partner role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Proven experience in scaling HR processes for 200+ employee organizations
- Advanced knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FLSA, ADA) and compliance frameworks
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
