Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned departments
- Lead talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Drive employee engagement programs and culture initiatives that boost retention and productivity
- Manage complex employee relations matters with empathy and compliance expertise
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and process improvements
- Oversee compensation reviews and ensure market competitiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state employment laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR) and HR analytics
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without direct authority
