Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies for assigned business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Lead talent acquisition, including recruitment planning, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback systems, and development plans
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns proactively and implementing corrective actions
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all HR functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Advanced knowledge of federal and state labor laws (FLSA, Title VII, ADA)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR concepts into strategic solutions
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
