Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans supporting business objectives across 500+ employees
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Drive performance management initiatives and organizational design improvements
- Advise senior leadership on employee relations, compliance, and change management
- Implement HR analytics to measure workforce metrics and inform decision-making
- Manage compensation structures and benefits optimization
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in strategic business partnership
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field (SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred)
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, and compensation
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics platforms
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into HR action
- Experience implementing change management in matrix organizations
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
