- Design and implement DEI programs to foster inclusive workplace culture
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management initiatives
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and benefits optimization
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven workforce decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in strategic HRBP role
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field (SHRM-SCP/SPHR required)
- Proven expertise in tech or SaaS industry talent acquisition strategies
- Advanced knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience implementing HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
