Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition and employee development
- Strong analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred)
- Experience scaling HR practices in high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
