Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business growth and employee engagement
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and recruitment funnel optimization
- Design and implement performance management systems and succession planning
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across all departments
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and total rewards program design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- Proven expertise in tech/finance sector talent acquisition and retention
- Advanced knowledge of California employment laws and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams effectively
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
