Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for critical technical and leadership roles
- Lead compensation benchmarking and performance management programs
- Design and implement DEI initiatives to build inclusive workplace culture
- Advise department heads on organizational development and change management
- Oversee employee relations, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR programs for high-growth environments
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills
