Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned departments
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management processes
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and culture initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience in tech or fast-paced scaling environments
- Advanced expertise in talent management systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
