Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business goals and market trends
- Lead talent acquisition strategies for critical roles, including executive recruitment
- Design and implement performance management frameworks and compensation structures
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across departments
- Advise leadership on organizational development and change management
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and compliance standards
- Experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
