Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies for assigned business units, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and organizational change management
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all levels of the organization
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Partner with managers on succession planning and leadership development programs
- Oversee HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HR business partner role
- PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of implementing successful talent management programs
- Expertise in HRIS systems (Workday experience a major plus)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Experience scaling HR processes in high-growth environments
