Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, engagement, and retention programs for 200+ employees
- Drive organizational development through leadership coaching and succession planning
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making
- Partner with Finance on compensation benchmarking and budget optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations
- Proven success implementing HRIS systems (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience scaling HR processes in high-growth environments
