Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for 150+ employees
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruitment analytics, and diversity hiring
- Design and implement performance management systems and succession planning frameworks
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and equity program administration
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through pulse surveys and culture-building programs
- Manage complex employee relations cases and conflict resolution
- Lead organizational development initiatives including change management and training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in a strategic HRBP role
- Expertise in tech industry talent acquisition and compensation structures
- Proven experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics
- Strong knowledge of California employment law and compliance requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing HR budgets and vendor relationships
