Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to define organizational goals, develop talent strategies, and drive business results through people.
- Talent Management: Lead the full talent lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment support, and succession planning for key roles.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary advisor on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management frameworks that align individual goals with company objectives.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while updating HR policies to reflect best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or People Partner role within a technology or high-growth environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment practices, and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
