- Champion DEI initiatives through policy development and training implementation
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in strategic business partnering
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven track record designing talent acquisition frameworks in regulated industries
- Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Experience leading DEI initiatives with measurable impact metrics
- Strong consulting skills with C-suite executives across global operations
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
