Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Lead employee engagement initiatives with 90%+ retention target
- Manage performance management cycles for 15+ department heads
- Design compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks
- Oversee compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning
- Facilitate leadership development programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in tech sector
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday preferred)
- Proven success in scaling HR programs for 200+ employees
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Change management experience during M&A activities
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
