Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Lead complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining fair workplace practices
- Partner with department heads to design organizational development programs and succession planning frameworks
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements to talent management systems
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all employee touchpoints
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including annual benchmarking and plan enhancements
- Oversee performance management processes and training initiatives to boost organizational capability
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HR business partnering roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Texas labor laws and federal employment regulations
- Proven success in scaling HR programs for high-growth environments
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday experience ideal)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience translating HR data into actionable insights
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels
