Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for critical leadership positions
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize workforce structure and capabilities
- Implement performance management systems and succession planning frameworks
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across global teams
- Advise senior leadership on employee relations, compensation, and policy development
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve employee experience
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and total rewards optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in organizational development and change management
- Proven track record implementing talent management systems
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- MBA or Master's in Human Resources preferred
