Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
- Performance Management: Lead the design and execution of performance appraisal programs and career development initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
- HR Analytics: Monitor HR metrics (turnover, engagement) to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Certification: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.
