Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with the People team to design recruitment plans, source top-tier talent, and manage the full-cycle hiring process for key roles.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff, resolving complex conflicts and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and OSHA regulations.
- Performance Management: Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems and professional development programs to maximize employee potential.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring high utilization and satisfaction.
- HR Operations: Manage payroll processing, employee onboarding/offboarding, and maintain accurate HRIS records.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Certification: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex HR concepts into actionable insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
