Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with department heads and executives to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, quarterly reviews, and executive compensation planning.
  • Foster a positive employee relations environment by conducting effective investigations, mediations, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or People Partner role.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and best HR practices.
