Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives supporting 500+ employees across engineering and product teams
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs targeting top-tier tech talent
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with measurable impact metrics
- Partner with department heads on organizational design, performance management, and change management
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits programs, and compliance with CA labor laws
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in tech sector
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling HR programs for high-growth environments
- Advanced knowledge of California employment regulations and EEO guidelines
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR analytics dashboards
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
