Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and consultant to senior leadership on all HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and compensation.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration, to foster a culture of accountability and development.
- Lead complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing expert guidance to ensure fair and consistent application of policies and compliance with labor laws.
- Facilitate organizational change management efforts, communicating effectively and guiding leaders and employees through transitions.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and develop proactive solutions to improve HR effectiveness.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within a technology or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and influencing at all levels of an organization.
- Deep expertise in multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, compensation, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
