Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies for 200+ employees across tech and product divisions
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
- Drive employee engagement programs with 95% participation targets
- Manage compensation structures and benefits optimization across 3 states
- Implement DEI initiatives to increase diverse hiring by 25% YoY
- Oversee HR compliance with federal/state regulations and internal audits
- Analyze workforce metrics using HRIS to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in tech industry talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Advanced proficiency in Workday and HR analytics platforms
- Proven success implementing scalable HR processes in high-growth environments
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and compensation planning
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field
