Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that directly support business objectives and growth.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance management, career development, and employee relations.
  • Lead and support organizational design initiatives, change management efforts, and strategic workforce planning across designated business units.
  • Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies in collaboration with recruiting teams, ensuring we attract and develop top-tier talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) highly preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multiple HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and compensation.
  • Proven ability to influence, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with a track record of achieving positive outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws (specifically New York State) and HR best practices.
