Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in business partnership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record driving DE&I initiatives
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
