Responsibilities
- Design and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives across 200+ employees
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, optimizing recruitment channels and employer branding
- Drive performance management systems, compensation reviews, and career development frameworks
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through measurable programs
- Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven improvements
- Partner with department heads to develop organizational capability and succession planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- 8+ progressive HR experience with 4+ years in strategic HRBP or similar role
- Expertise in talent acquisition, compensation structures, and performance management systems
- Proven success developing DEI initiatives and fostering inclusive workplace cultures
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and business data
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR) and HR analytics tools
